Join Curious Iguana on Wednesday, August 12, from 6:00-7:00 pm at Frederick Book Arts Center to celebrate bestselling thriller author W.H. Chizmar and his solo debut novel, Them! This post-apocalyptic novel centers on a man trying to preserve his humanity while surviving in a changed America. W.H. Chizmar will discuss his writing process and solo debut, then answer questions and sign books. Copies of Them will be available for purchase at the event.

Join us on July 11th for "Exercises for the Quite Eye" at 3pm in our Gallery; guided by Annie Storr, participants will explore and reflect on the current exhibit "America Punctuated".

Join us at Frederick Book Arts Center on Thursday, July 9 from 6:00-7:00 pm to celebrate author Shannon Sanders and her latest release, The Great Wherever. Shannon will be in-conversation with book influencer Morgan Menzies. Following their conversation, Shannon will answer questions and sign books. Copies of The Great Wherever will be available for purchase at the event.

Join us for July's Open House with a new date. Since FBAC will be closed on July 4th, we have pushed back our usual First Saturday Open House one week to July 11th. We will still have a great line up of activities to enjoy throughout the day.
