In order to keep our more vulnerable populations safe, FBAC is looking at a national news source that aggregates reports from the state, as well as health districts or county governments that often report ahead of the state. This source daily assesses risk based on on-going bi-weekly averages of community spread, as well as percentages of positive tests.They categorize risk as:
While all of our adult staff are vaccinated, we are aware that breakthrough infections and transmission can occur as well as children under 12 do not currently have access to vaccines.Therefore we have created a policy that corresponds with the above risk assessment data to limit the chance of exposure to our more vulnerable populations and our children.
LOW- All activities are open as normal
MODERATE- All activities are open as normal, masks are encouraged during events
HIGH - Masks are required in the building, class sizes are limited to 8 students and 2 teachers. Store is open for pick-up or appointment only
VERY HIGH - Masks are required in the building, No more than 8 people in the building at a time. Proof of vaccination or negative test results within 48 hours may be required to attend classes. Store is open for pick-up or appointment only
EXTREMELY HIGH - In person events and classes will be rescheduled or moved online if applicable. FBAC building is closed to the public, all people entering the building must wear a mask. Store is open for pick-up only.
